Maintaining a blog is hard work, I have not done this site the justice it deserves and probably because I have only focused on one faucet of my geek nature, that being MMO gaming, which I do love with a passion. I don’t foresee myself anytime soon not playing an MMO of some type in the years/decades to come, so I will devote a fair amount of time and effort to that but I have other lesser known geek talents.
I am also an avid fan of some forms of anime, not all, and definitely not most just a few. I have a high intolerance of shows that I deem to be too pedantic or perhaps formulaic of the anime medium, though I have been known to indulge my tastes in the more “popular” shows. I rarely if ever download them on the internet I usually just pick them up at the store, so maybe I lose some geek points for not using the internet for its prime intentions.
But on top of that or perhaps coupled with it, I am an avid tabletop role playing geek as well. Been playing since the early nineties and still going strong though I rarely get around a table as much as I would like now a days, but I still collect books, probably more so now that I have a disposable income then I did when I was 11 and had to live off my allowance.
Oh and I play console games, most recently Mass Effect and Assassin’s Creed.
