I tanked Gruul, not the first time I have done it but the first time I got to tank a kill, and of course with my stamina buff I had a pretty huge cushion for success. I also tanked High King Maulgar as well, and although successful he just so slow and hard not really all that fun to tank either. Probably have one of my warriors handle him, but knowing that I can do it, makes me happy.

Overall this is a fun week for me, got to tank Lurker last night and I am pretty much the de facto go to tank. Of course my gear has improved a hundred fold from my first Karazhan run, and I think the future will just be bright and super fun.

Now if only I can make some progression through SSC, I know it will happen; I just want it now!

Well it has been a long time since I updated the blog, I sort of hit a brick wall in progression, mainly due to lack of manpower but in the last few weeks <Taurential Reign> has beefed up our numbers and we are in SSC and downing Gruul. But more importantly Patch 2.3 just launched and I saved up 210 Badges of Justice and picked up three new upgrades and a huge stamina buff from the Combat Expertise talent change. (more…)
